WORKOUTS

At OSU we utilize both Land training and expose members to on the water. Practice starts with a 1 mile jog to get the heart beat up. After the jog, there is 10 minutes of calisthenics to stretch the key muscles used while rowing to prevent cramping and damaging muscles. OSU Crew uses Concept 2 ergometers, as well as their recommended workouts.
